I have just paid to upgrade via PayPal but my account has not been upgraded.

When you opt to upgrade via PayPal you firstly create a payment agreement with them and will receive an email from PayPal titled 'Your payment agreement with Friends Reunited Dating has been completed'.

This email will contain a number but this is your member key to identify your Friends Reunited Dating membership with your payment agreement and, at this stage, no money has been taken.

Please try to pay again by PayPal but this time click on the 'Return to Friends Reunited Dating' link to ensure that the payment process is completed. Your Friends Reunited Dating membership will then be instantly upgraded and you will instantly receive a receipt via email titled ' Receipt for your payment to Friends Reunited Dating Limited' and this will contain your unique payment receipt ID.
