I can't input the code for my card on PayPal....

We are aware that some customers using certain internet browsers are experiencing problems when trying to pay to upgrade their membership via PayPal.

Examples of these issues  appear to be problems inputting the card's CCV number, verification or security number and problems accessing existing PayPal balances.

Our customers have been kind enough to provide us with detailed feedback regarding these issues, we have passed this information on to PayPal and their technical team now have a solution which will be implemented within the next few days.

However, in the interim, Paypal have now advised us that if you visit their payment screens in the following order, you will be able to overcome the problems that you are experiencing and will be able to pay and upgrade your account successfully;

1. Go to PayPal.co.uk and register

2. Come back to Friends Reunited Dating, go back to the payment screen and click on the  PayPal option

3. Sign in to Paypal with your Paypal login details

4. You will then be able to pay successfully
