I just paid to upgrade but I still can't contact anyone ...
When you paid to upgrade, you would have received an immediate payment confirmation email from us containing your unique payment reference number and receipt. If you did not receive this email, it is likely that the transaction was not successful (no monies would have been debited) and you should try again.
If you did receive this then please email the payment reference number to us together with your member details at support@Friends Reunited Dating.co.uk and we will investigate the payment transaction and email you back with a personal reply.
