I can't activate Instant Chat on my computer. Why?

1. Please make sure you are logged into Instant Chat by clicking on 'Instant Chat' link located top of the page, then on the drop down list click on 'Launch Instant Messenger'. You will then see a page of members avaliable to chat.

2. We are aware that Mac users are currently experiencing various minor problems using our site.Our technical team are currently working on ways to fix these problems and we hope to have all of these issues fixed over the next few weeks.
