How do I block a member from sending a message to me through Instant Chat?

Click on the text link that says 'block member' which is in the box to the right of their photo.

This will block the member from talking to you through Instant Chat and stop them from sending you messages.

If the member tries to contact you again using Instant Chat they will be told that you are not available for chat.
