Do I have to pay to send and receive messages?

It is free for any member to send a 'Wink' to another member and it is also free to receive a Wink.

You do need to have upgraded in order to be able to read and send messages.

Both members need to be upgraded to use our Instant Messenger service to chat online in a private conversation.
