What is the best way to search for people?

There are various ways to search for new friends on Friends Reunited Datingand below we tell you the best and quickest ways to search:

1.  At the top of each of the pages is a quick search option.  In here you can simply state your gender, the gender of the person you are looking for and their age (in multiples of 10).  This will search for and show all members of the relevant gender in the requested age bracket.

2.  At the top of the page you will see the link ‘Search’  please click on this and the drop down menu will give you the following options:

 

Search: This allows you to amend your basic search criteria and run searches accordingly.

Advanced search: This search gives you all the categories you can search under, so you can be as detailed as you wish.

Member name search: you may know, or have been recommended a member who’s profile you wish to see.  By clicking on this link, you can type in their name in the box provided and go instantly to their profile.  Make sure you have the spelling correct though!

Photo gallery: these pages show members who fit your basic search criteria and have a photo.  The latest members will appear here as well as in your saved search listings.

Who’s Online: this will show members who are currently on line that match your search criteria.  You can change how these results are displayed by following the links at the top of the page.  The results will be shown by your search gender until you request.
